Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Wash potatoes and pat dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for 40-50 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Let cool slightly before slicing open and topping with your favorite toppings.
