Instructions

  3. Peel (if desired): Peel the potatoes with a vegetable peeler if you prefer them without skins.
  4. Slice the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into even slices, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Prepare the Pot: Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the potatoes by about an inch.
