  • Ginger snaps, crumbled, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pumpkin Base: In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until thoroughly combined and the brown sugar is mostly dissolved.
  2. Blend the Milkshake: Add the softened vanilla ice cream to a blender. Pour in the milk. Add the prepared pumpkin base. Pour in the bourbon (or rum, or spiced rum).
  3. Blend on medium speed until everything is smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds). Check the consistency and add more milk if too thick, or more ice cream if too thin.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Pour the milkshake into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce (optional). Garnish with a cinnamon stick (optional) and crumbled ginger snaps (optional). Serve immediately.

  • Spice it up: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a subtle kick.
