Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of dried butterfly pea flowers.
  3. Let steep for 10-15 minutes for a rich blue color.
  4. Strain the tea into a heatproof container and discard the flowers.
  5. For iced tea, cool to room temperature and refrigerate until chilled.
