  2. Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the mozzarella mixture.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
