- Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mozzarella mixture.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
