- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken tenders and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over them. Coat evenly with your hands. Add salt and pepper if desired.

- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the seared chicken tenders to a greased baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cream cheese mixture is bubbly.
- For a crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with more chopped green onions and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve warm with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
- Dig in and savor the creamy, cheesy goodness!
