Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Your Work Surface: Lightly dust your countertop or a large cutting board with flour.
- Divide the Dough: Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape the Knots: Roll each piece into a long rope (8-10 inches) and tie it into a knot. Tuck the ends underneath.

- Add Garlic and Herbs: Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
