- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Place chicken on the grill, leaving space between each piece. Grill for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving. Flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips or serve whole. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with grilled vegetables, salad, or rice.
