Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Let the coffee cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  3. Ensure caramel sauce is at room temperature.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cooled coffee and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. Stir well until dissolved.
  5. Add simple syrup and vanilla extract to the coffee-caramel mixture. Adjust simple syrup to taste.
  6. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
