- 1 1/2 pounds cooked lobster meat, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 4 top-split hot dog buns
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until shells are bright red and meat is cooked through.
- Remove lobsters from pot and let cool slightly.
- Crack lobster shells and remove meat, discarding shells.
- Chop lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Butter the insides of the hot dog buns.
- Toast the buns in a skillet or on a grill until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with lobster salad.
- Serve immediately.
