- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning, plus more to taste
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 pound smoked sausage, such as kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 ears corn, each cut into thirds
- 2 pounds large shrimp, in their shells
Instructions
- Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the sausage, potatoes, and corn to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through.
- Stir in the crab boil seasoning.
- Drain the pot and serve immediately.
