- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Wash the peaches under cool running water. Slice in half, twist to separate, and remove the pit. Peel the skin off and cut the peaches into smaller chunks.
- In a blender, add the chopped peaches, vanilla ice cream, and whole milk. Adjust the milk for desired thickness. Add honey (if desired), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon (if using).
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend for another 15-20 seconds. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
