  • 24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture. Gently fold in until just combined.
