- 1 package (16 ounces) white chocolate baking squares, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

- Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Immediately press the Oreo halves into the white chocolate, covering the entire surface.
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
- Break the bark into pieces and serve.
