- 1 package of slider buns (12 count)
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Optional: extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves together.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the butter mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Spoon the s’mores filling evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Optionally, sprinkle extra chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of the filling.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the filling and gently press down.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes covered with foil.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden and the marshmallows are toasted.
- Let the sliders cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Cut the sliders along the lines of the buns to create 12 individual sliders.
- Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate over the top or sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
