Description

This Snickers Ice Cream Dessert is a rich and creamy treat featuring layers of whipped ice cream, chopped Snickers bars, and drizzles of chocolate and caramel sauce. Easy to make and no-churn, it’s perfect for impressing guests at any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 45 bars)
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Once the cream is whipped, add in 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Gently fold these ingredients into the whipped cream using a spatula.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars and 1 cup of chopped peanuts.
  4. Spread half of the ice cream mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle about 1/3 cup of chocolate syrup over the first layer of ice cream.
  6. Drizzle about 1/3 cup of caramel sauce over the chocolate syrup.
  7. (Optional) Sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows over the caramel layer.
  8. Spoon the remaining ice cream mixture on top of the first layer and spread it out evenly.
  9. Drizzle another layer of chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top.
  10. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers over the top.
  11. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  12. When ready to serve, let the dessert sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes.
  13. Cut into squares or scoop into bowls. If too hard, let it soften a bit more.
  14. Drizzle more chocolate and caramel sauce over each serving and garnish with extra chopped Snickers or peanuts if desired.
  15. Enjoy!
