Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4–5 bars)
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- Once the cream is whipped, add in 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Gently fold these ingredients into the whipped cream using a spatula.
- Fold in 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars and 1 cup of chopped peanuts.
- Spread half of the ice cream mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle about 1/3 cup of chocolate syrup over the first layer of ice cream.
- Drizzle about 1/3 cup of caramel sauce over the chocolate syrup.
- (Optional) Sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows over the caramel layer.
- Spoon the remaining ice cream mixture on top of the first layer and spread it out evenly.
- Drizzle another layer of chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers over the top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to serve, let the dessert sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes.
- Cut into squares or scoop into bowls. If too hard, let it soften a bit more.
- Drizzle more chocolate and caramel sauce over each serving and garnish with extra chopped Snickers or peanuts if desired.
- Enjoy!
