- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Lay one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the feta cheese, half of the spinach, and half of the red pepper flakes over the tortilla.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
