Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out your homemade pizza crust on a floured surface or place your store-bought crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

- Pour the taco sauce over the refried beans and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.

- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced red onion, and diced avocado (if using).
- Slice the pizza into wedges using a pizza cutter.
- Top each slice with a generous handful of the lettuce mixture.
- Drizzle sour cream over the top of the pizza slices.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the pizza.
- Serve the taco pizza hot, with extra taco sauce and sour cream on the side for dipping.
- Pair with tortilla chips and salsa for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
- Enjoy your taco pizza with friends and family, and share your creation on social media!
